- Providers may apply for verification or badges
- All verification decisions are made by Caninecheck
- Badges and verification statuses are based on internal criteria and available information
Badges:
- Do not guarantee quality, safety, or outcomes
- Reflect evidence based assessments only
- May be updated, suspended, or removed at any time
Caninecheck is not obligated to grant or maintain any verification status.
8. Provider accounts & listings
Providers may create and manage their own profiles.
Providers may:
- Update services, images, descriptions, experience, service areas, and booking status
Providers must not:
- Make unverified claims about qualifications
- Misrepresent services or experience
Providers may submit evidence to Caninecheck for verification purposes.
Caninecheck reserves the right to review and assess all submitted information.
9. Paid listings & payments
Caninecheck offers paid listings.
- Listings may be subject to upfront fees or recurring billing
- Payment terms will be presented at the point of purchase
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
10. Removal & suspensions
Caninecheck may suspend or remove any account, listing, review, or content at its discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- False or misleading information
- Complaints or disputes
- Breach of these Terms
- Any situation where removal is deemed necessary to protect the platform
Caninecheck is not required to provide notice or justification.
11. Platform role & responsibility
Caninecheck is a platform only.
- We do not provide services listed on the platform
- We do not employ or control providers
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or reviews
Users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before engaging any provider.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Caninecheck is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from use of the platform
- This includes interactions between users and providers
- This includes reliance on reviews, badges, or verification statuses
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under law.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including text, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Caninecheck.
Users grant Caninecheck a licence to use, display, and store submitted content for platform purposes.
14. Data protection
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
